Requirement Analysis
Technical requirements, project needs, standards and application conditions are reviewed before the design and production process begins.
Engineering-Based Manufacturing
VEXEL combines technical design, process planning, cable harness manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, quality control and final delivery within a disciplined production structure.
Overview
Our Production & Design capability is built to support projects that require precision, reliability and repeatable quality. We analyze project requirements, create technical production plans, prepare cable harness layouts, manufacture assemblies and validate each stage before delivery.
For Land, Air, Naval and Space Platforms, open type cables, cable bundles used in electromechanical boxes, units or closed type cable bundles that are resistant to desired environmental conditions and high current cable assemblies are designed and documented.
Wiring sets, mechanical components, PCB boards and electronic components are assembled in workspaces with IPC-A-610 ground ESD, shielded and desktop grounding to achieve the final product. On-site integration of inter-unit cabling and in-vehicle and on-vehicle power and data cabling is carried out.
Workflow
Each project follows a structured path from analysis to final delivery.
Technical requirements, project needs, standards and application conditions are reviewed before the design and production process begins.
Cable routes, connection details, materials and production documentation are planned according to the project scope.
Cable harnesses and assemblies are manufactured through controlled production steps with process discipline.
Products are inspected, verified and prepared for delivery according to quality and reliability expectations.
Quality Approach
Quality is integrated into every stage of our production and design process. We focus on precise workmanship, controlled documentation, repeatable production methods and long-term operational reliability.
Production steps are followed with clear documentation and control points.
Each assembly is prepared with attention to mechanical and electrical durability.
Planning, coordination and delivery are managed with project-based workflow.
